Gold Membership – $525/month
- 3 monthly infusions of your choice (does not include NAD or Full Dose Tri-immune boost)
- 3, B12 Boosters added to infusion or given as a shot per month
- 10% discount on any other individual service offered

Silver Membership – $300/month
- 2 monthly infusions of your choice (does not include NAD or Full Dose Tri-immune Boost)
- 2, B12 Boosters added to infusion or given as a shot per month
- 5% discount on any other individual service offered

Membership Details
* Memberships must be set up as recurring payments on a valid credit card. Memberships can be cancelled with a phone call to Royal Medspa & IV Bar and acknowledged by a staff member. Memberships cannot be transferred or used by any other individual other than the purchaser. Monthly membership items / benefits cannot be carried over to the next month if unused.
