Phrynee Timmer
Founder of Royal MedSpa & IV Bar, Phrynee is a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) as well as a Reservist in the US Armed Forces. She is an entrepreneur who enjoys her career paths but most of all enjoys interacting with her patients. With this passion to serve in mind, she decided to explore the aesthetic realm and opened Royal MedSpa & IV Bar.
In her day to day practice as a CRNA, Phrynee administers anesthesia to patients that range from infants to geriatrics. Outside of the operating room, she treats clients with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, hair restoration with platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and IV therapy. She is also trained to offer Morpheus8 RF microneedling, IPL photofacial, laser hair removal and weight loss management.
Phrynee has a passion for the aesthetic world and she loves helping others feel great about themselves. “Everyone wants to look their best and feel great, that’s what I’m here for. Here at the MedSpa or in the operating room, I want my clients to be on cloud nine when I’m treating them.”

Jillian Casey
Jill is a Registered Nurse, BSN, with eighteen years of nursing experience. Her most recent position is in critical care at a local community hospital. She decided it was time to venture away from the hospital bedside and add the world of aesthetics to her repertoire. She is known around the hospital for her extraordinary IV skills, calming demeanor, and quick wit. Joining the team at Royal MedSpa, Jill provides IV vitamin and hydration services, IM injections, and Botox and Filler services. She is also trained to offer Morpheus8 RF microneedling, IPL photofacial and laser hair removal. “I love being in this self care environment, where clients better themselves in body and mind. I am so thrilled to be able to help them on this journey!”
Nicole Burdett
Nicole Burdett RN, BSN has 15 years nursing experience and currently works at the hospital a few days a week. You’ll find her to have a very peppy and fun attitude, a little sarcastic and always willing to help anyone. Transitioning to the world of aesthetics has been a new and exciting adventure, and she’s learn a lot in her time at Royal MedSpa. She helps clients find the right choice of vitamins to make them feel their best, and is certified to offer Botox and fillers services. Nicole is trained to offer Morpheus8 RF microneedling, IPL photofacial and laser hair removal. “I love working at the Medspa, helping clients feel and look amazing and can’t wait to see the future will bring,” she says.
